Coaching

Why coaching takes six to twelve months — and beyond

A six-month foundation, a twelve-month option and support that can continue as your needs evolve.

Coaching education · not medical advice

A busy life does not pause when you begin coaching. Meetings, family responsibilities, travel and disrupted sleep are part of the environment a useful plan has to work in.

The foundation stage gives us time to understand that environment. We establish your starting point, develop training and nutrition routines, and adjust the workload as we learn what you can sustain. The first plan is a starting point, not a permanent prescription.

Check-ins keep the plan connected to your life. Weekly, biweekly or monthly reviews can suit different stages of the relationship. You can message between reviews when you need guidance, rather than saving every question for a scheduled call.

Choose a six- or twelve-month commitment. At six months we review progress and compatibility together. A longer relationship lets us refine what works, respond to new constraints and practise maintaining progress through ordinary life. Support can continue beyond twelve months by arrangement.

No coach can guarantee a particular result or timeline. The value of the longer relationship is the opportunity to make considered adjustments and develop habits you understand well enough to carry forward.
