Coaching through perimenopause
Individual training, recovery and nutrition support through a changing stage of life.
Coaching education · not medical advice
Perimenopause and menopause deserve an individual conversation. Your sleep, symptoms, training tolerance, recovery and priorities may change, and your coaching plan should respond to what you are experiencing.
Start with your own observations. Note how you feel, how you recover from sessions and what makes consistency difficult. Share concerning symptoms with your licensed healthcare professional rather than assuming they are simply part of getting older.
Coaching can make the daily foundations more manageable: strength training adapted to your ability, suitable conditioning, practical nutrition habits and enough room for rest. Progression should reflect your circumstances rather than a fixed template.
Hormone therapy is a medical decision. Its suitability depends on individual symptoms, history, risks and preferences, with periodic reassessment by the prescribing clinician. A coaching consultation does not replace that assessment.
The role of the coach is to help you build a routine, track what matters to you and prepare informed questions for your healthcare team. You do not need to arrive with every answer before asking for support.
